Delivery of first NL Command Post

On 31 of July 2015 the first out of 60 BOXER Command Post vehicle for the Royal Netherlands Army has been delivered. It is the third version of the BOXER vehicle for the Royal Netherlands Army that is in delivery, as all Driver Training Vehicles and nearly all Ambulance vehicles already have been delivered. The remaining versions GNGP (Engineering Vehicle) and Cargo are expected to be delivered from begin 2016 onwards. In total the Royal Netherlands Army has ordered a total of 200 vehicles in a first batch.

ARTEC is responsible for the BOXER development programme for Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland acting as the prime contractor. ARTEC is further in charge of the co-ordination of series production and is the focal point organisation for any BOXER export cases.
